Ryan Gavagni Fiorentino, CNM, APRN

Ryan earned her nursing degree and undergraduate degree from Palm Beach State College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She began her nursing career with a strong commitment to caring for women and families and spent the last six years of her decade-long career as a registered nurse working in labor and delivery. Through her experiences supporting mothers and newborns, Ryan developed a deep passion for improving maternity outcomes and empowering women throughout their birth experiences. This passion led her to pursue her Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University.

Ryan believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based care while honoring each woman's individual goals, values, and birth preferences. She is especially passionate about supporting women through informed decision-making and creating a birth experience where patients feel empowered, respected, and supported. Having personally experienced the VBAC journey, with her two youngest children born via successful VBAC, Ryan has a special appreciation for the unique experiences and challenges faced by VBAC families. This personal connection further strengthens her dedication to advocating for and supporting women pursuing VBAC.

Outside of caring for patients, Ryan enjoys cooking and baking, a passion that has been nurtured through her family’s involvement in the culinary industry. Growing up surrounded by a love for food, creativity, and hospitality has helped shape her gourmet cooking skills and appreciation for preparing meals that bring people together. She also enjoys crafting and has a special passion for collecting antique tea cups.

Ryan is a proud mom to three wonderful children—two boys and one girl—who inspire her every day and provide her with a personal connection to the joys and challenges of motherhood. She is also a devoted pet lover and shares her home with three beloved dogs who bring plenty of love, laughter, and companionship to her family.

Ryan feels honored to walk alongside women and families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. She is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care and creating a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey.
